World Explorers 6th Grade Geography for Young Learners
World Explorers introduces students to the essential concepts and skills of Geography through interactive lessons, maps, visuals, real-world examples, and age-appropriate activities. Students learn how to use maps and globes, identify continents and oceans, understand latitude and longitude, recognize major landforms and climate regions, and explore how people interact with their environments. The course also introduces human geography through population, migration, cities, natural resources, culture, and environmental challenges. Rather than memorizing locations alone, students learn to think geographically by asking why people live where they do, how environments influence societies, and how people change the places around them.
