My name is Akrom Urnashev, and I am a passionate IT instructor and Backend Engineer with over two years of professional industry experience and more than two years of teaching experience working with students aged 7–18. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the New Uzbekistan university(Presidential University of Uzbekistan) on a full scholarship. My academic journey, combined with real-world software engineering experience, has allowed me to build a strong foundation in both technology and education. Throughout my career, I have worked on real business projects including Telegram bots, websites, APIs, admin dashboards, and enterprise level backend systems for companies and organizations. I currently work in a leading international IT company based in the United States that operates in more than 35 countries worldwide and I like teaching students in my free time. This experience helps me teach students not only theory, but also practical, industry-level skills that developers use in real jobs. I teach a wide range of subjects including Scratch programming, Python, Advanced Python, Web Development, FastAPI, Git & GitHub, APIs, databases such as PostgreSQL, Telegram bot development using Aiogram, and modern AI tools and AI agents. My teaching style is highly project-based and practice-oriented. I believe students learn best by building real projects, solving problems, and actively coding during lessons. I focus on creating engaging and supportive classes where students feel confident asking questions and exploring technology creatively. Having worked with children and teenagers for several years, I understand how to keep lessons interactive, motivating, and enjoyable for different age groups.
