Accelerated English language proficiency for diverse learners in reading, writing, grammar, and speaking through scaffolded instruction and individualized interventions. Mentored students in public speaking, resulting in improved academic writing skills. As an English teacher, I have worked with learners who were initially shy and hesitant to speak, and it has been incredibly rewarding to see them more confident in expressing themselves in English through writing, presentations, and classroom discussions.
