Hello! I’m Aire Jane, a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in Mathematics and over seven years of teaching experience. I specialize in Mathematics and have experience teaching learners from elementary to secondary levels, both in traditional classrooms and online. I have also taught Mathematics and English to international students from the United States, Europe, Vietnam, and China. My teaching approach is simple: meet the student where they are, then help them move forward with confidence. I use clear explanations, visual models, guided practice, interactive activities, games, and real-life examples to make lessons easier to understand and more engaging. I believe that getting the correct answer is only part of learning. I encourage students to explain their thinking, try different strategies, ask questions, and learn from mistakes. I adjust my lessons based on each learner’s level, pace, and needs so they can gradually become more confident and independent. My goal is to make Mathematics less intimidating and help every student discover that Math can be understood, practiced, and mastered—one step at a time.
