1. Scope
This policy applies to every class, course, term, and package purchased from Darstop by a parent or legal guardian ("you") on behalf of an enrolled student. By enrolling and checking the acknowledgment box at sign-up, you agree to these terms. They form part of your enrollment agreement with Darstop.
2. Refunds
No refunds are given after the second session of a course or term.
| When you request a refund | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Before the first session | Full refund, minus any non-refundable registration fee stated at checkout |
| After the first session, before the second session | Refund of the course fee minus the cost of the session(s) already held |
| After the second session has started | No refund |
- Refund requests must be made in writing by email to support@darstop.com and are dated by when we receive them.
- The second session counts as held once it starts, whether or not your child attends.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Materials, uniforms, or kits already delivered are not refundable.
3. Missed classes
Missed classes are not credited, refunded, or carried over. This applies to absences for any reason, including illness, travel, holidays, or other activities. Your fee reserves your child's place in the class and the instructor's time, whether or not your child attends.
Darstop may, at its sole discretion, offer a make-up session when space allows. Any such offer is a courtesy and does not change this policy.
4. Cancellations
By you. You may withdraw your child at any time by notifying us in writing. Withdrawal stops future enrollment and recurring charges, but refunds follow Section 2. Withdrawals take effect for the next billing period if the notice arrives at least [7] days before the next charge.
By Darstop. If Darstop cancels a session (for example, instructor illness, weather, or facility closure), we will offer a make-up session or a credit for that session. If Darstop cancels an entire course before it begins, you receive a full refund.
Removal for conduct. Darstop may remove a student whose behavior endangers others or repeatedly disrupts class, after notifying the parent. Fees for sessions already held are not refunded.
5. Billing disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us in writing at support@darstop.com within 14 days of the charge. We will respond within 5 business days and work with you in good faith.
You agree to contact Darstop before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. If a chargeback is filed for a charge that complies with this policy, Darstop will submit this policy, your signed acknowledgment, and attendance records to the card issuer. Enrollment may be paused until the balance is resolved, and unpaid balances may be pursued through collection or small claims court.
6. Required acknowledgment at sign-up
Every parent must tick this box before their account is created (at sign-up or at the set-password step for invited parents). The account cannot be completed without it.
I have read and agree to Darstop's Refund & Cancellation Policy. I understand that no refunds are given after the second session and that missed classes are not credited.
